Kosmulski has already been offered, but the main point is that those obtaining samples for testing should be alert to existing data for those types of materials; asking for stabilizers; or suggesting a centralized resource accepted results that can be used to prompt questions and suggest answers to those in the laboratory. For NANoREG, the JRC had this responsibility as they provided the samples and the templates.
